I am teaching my self, self control. i dont know when this really started but i have started counting every last calorie, i freak out if a binge and fall in love when i find someone with the same tastes as me.
Although i would die trying to get to seize zero, i do not judge those who don't, i believe everyone, shape/size/religion blahblahblah has beauty within them.
